Yes.
As the author of a story you can edit it by accessing the story on your Profile Page or from _Settings/My Stories_. However, we encourage you to avoid edits unless it's factually incorrect or you are requested by your company to make changes to comply with company policy.
As someone named in a story you have the ability to edit your contribution and comments when accessing the story from either your _Profile Page_ or _Settings/My Stories_.
